SIP TAPI is a TAPI driver that enables SIP Click-to-Dial functionality. The TAPI driver allows MS Outlook to inter-operate with Telinta’s hosted solutions.
Outlook can be integrated with any SIP-compliant IP Phone. With this unique Click-to-Dial feature, an end user can simply click on a phone number in Outlook, instead of dialing directly from the IP phone. The number will be dialed automatically.
