No. One of the key benefits of Virtual Office is that your customers do not need an IP phone, ATA, or Internet connection. Calls can be routed to their existing landline phone, mobile phone, mobile and desktop softphone, or any device they need.
No. Virtual Office is a totally cloud-based solution using your customer’s existing phone equipment. It does not require any type of installation.
Virtual Office can be used by any size business customer you serve, however it is perfect for small and home-based businesses who would like to have sophisticated telecom features, without purchasing special IP phone equipment. For customers with a “physical office” we offer a different Hosted PBX solution.
Yes. Users can both send and receive faxes, including fax-to-email and fax-from-PDF.
Your customers select DIDs and Toll-Free numbers via our brandable self-service portal. Our TeliCore softswitch platform includes APIs to many leading DID providers, so the numbers you present to them come from your own inventory plus your DID provider’s inventory. If you have multiple providers, TeliCore will combine each of their inventories.
No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.
Virtual Office is primarily a solution for enabling your customers to better manage their inbound calls. For outbound calls, Virtual Office can easily be integrated with one of our brandable softphones, with the option to use the customer’s business phone number as the outbound Caller ID. Outbound calls can also be made via Telinta’s Pinless solution. These options help protect your customer’s privacy by not revealing the Caller ID for their landline or mobile phone.
Yes, your business customers can assign special permissions and admin capabilities to any of their employees via an easy-to-use interface. This enables admins to add extensions and modify configurations based on the permission assigned to their login.
