A mobile softphone is a smartphone application which enables end users to both make and receive “over the top” (OTT) VoIP calls. Using the device’s mobile data connection or WiFi, the mobile softphone functions just like any other VoIP end-point which can be used on Telinta’s cloud-based softswitch platform. Telinta’s unique TeliGlobe solution combines cloud-based switching and billing capabilities, enabling you to offer brandable Mobile VoIP services to your customers. Mobile VoIP can be offered either on a stand-alone basis or integrated with one of our other VoIP solutions, such as adding a mobile extension to a Hosted PBX.
Your customers can use TeliGlobe with both Apple iOS and Android devices. Applications for TeliGlobe can be downloaded for free from iTunes and Google Play.
Telinta offers two options for a mobile softphone solution.

  • TeliGlobe One is a generically branded application that your customers can easily download and use. A generic brand appears in the app stores and a generic icon appears on their phone.

  • TeliGlobe Brandable uses our generically branded app, but has customizable screens with your logo, brand name, promotional text, and more.
TeliGlobe Brandable includes an icon to open a menu of additional capabilities. These added screens can show your logo, promotional text, a clickable URL, About Us, Contact Us, Rate Calculator, Make a Payment, and a unique option enabling your users to invite their friends and family to use your service. Yes. G.729 is a standard part of our solution.
Yes, with our TeliGlobe solution you can easily offer SMS and MMS services to your users with messaging-enabled DIDs from many industry-leading providers. TeliGlobe also supports free on-net messaging between your users.
Yes, TeliGlobe can support video calls to/from non-TeliGlobe users with SIP video-capable end-points (ie, IP phones, other softphones) which support the H.264 codec.

Yes. TeliGlobe can either be offered as a stand-alone service, or conveniently bundled into any other VoIP service you provide via Telinta’s softswitch and billing platform. You can offer a mobile extension to your business customers using Hosted PBX. Consumers on-the-go can use your mobile VoIP service to enjoy a second phone line on their smartphone using WiFi and mobile data.
Yes. TeliGlobe also enables you to offer free on-net calling between your TeliGlobe users without using the PSTN and without using VoIP Termination or DIDs.
No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.
Yes, our TeliGlobe Mobile Softphone solution works together with our Voice VPN to easily offer encrypted calling.
Telinta offers a complete family of brandable softphones. In addition to our Mobile Softphone, our Desktop Softphone can be used with Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop and laptop computers. Our WebRTC solution is a web-based solution which can be used from any browser, without installing software. Telinta offers a special promotion for all three softphones.
