Telinta has developed Auto-Provisioning Profiles for many popular Polycom IP phones to streamline deploymentToday’s ITSP business means bringing together a wide variety of products and services for your end users, including provisioning IP phones.  Telinta provides you with cloud-based automated tools to help make this happen.

For ITSPs offering Polycom IP phones to their customers, Telinta has developed Auto-Provisioning Profiles for many popular Polycom models.  These Auto-Provisioning Profiles streamline deployment for any number of IP phones, without the need for manual configuration or sending an installer to the customer premise.

Telinta customers can easily configure their inventory of IP phones using their web-based TeliCoreTM administrative interface.  When the phone is plugged into an IP network via a simple ethernet cable, it will automatically reach out to TeliCore and download a complete configuration profile.  Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning Profiles are unique since they enable ITSPs to easily provision IP phones using the same cloud-based platform used to perform other key business processes such as routing calls, billing and customer management.  Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning capability can also be used to update firmware, activate and deactivate features, and more.

Examples of Polycom IP phones supported by Telinta’s Auto-Provisioning include select models of the VVX series of IP desktop phones, SoundStation IP conference phones, and other Polycom IP phones.

Auto-Provisioning Profiles for Polycom phones (plus many other popular IP phone manufacturers) are a standard part of TeliCore.
