What will I need for supporting resellers?

A reseller is a company that operates using your network, switching and billing, but sells VoIP services to its own customers under its own name, with its own prices. TeliCore provides you with special portals and other resources for you to support your resellers. Your resellers can register its own retail end-user customers (also called sub-customers) and individual accounts in TeliCore. The billing of their end-users is done there. The ability to serve resellers enables you to expand your business, offering white label services without the need for either you or your resellers to own your own infrastructure.

When a call is made by an end-user account, the reseller is billed using the tariff (wholesale rates) you have created for them. The end-user is billed according to separate retail rates, perhaps even in different currencies… more »
